SHIPPING UPDATES

 

Currently we use Royal mail for all UK and international deliveries and are aware of the delays due to COVID-1. We will try our best to get it to as fast as we can! 

For UK Standard Delivery:

It can take us 2-12 working days to process and create your order. The items are then dispatched Royal Mail First Class (delivery aim is 1 working day)

For UK Next Day Delivery:
Next day delivery is currently not an option due to high volumes of orders. Please contact us if you need an item urgently and you are based in the UK and we will do our best to find a solution. 

Our working days do not include Bank Holidays/ Weekends/ Eid Days/ Staff Holidays.

PRE ORDER ITEMS:
All PRE-ORDER items will be dispatched after our stock arrives for that particular product. Restock dates are mentioned in our product descriptions for PRE ORDER items. The shipping time stated at checkout applies after this restock date.

For International Tracked Delivery:

It can take us 2-10 days to process and create your order. The items are then dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked service. 
International deliveries can take from 7-21 days to reach you.

International Delays Related to COVID-19:

Royal Mail and Parcelforce services to Europe have been reopened and are now fully operational (delays are still expected)

Many countries have implemented special measure to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19. There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations.
We will not be shipping out to the following countries:

Haiti, Nicaragua, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Turkmenistan, Ukraine - Crimea & Sevastopol Regions, Venezuela.

Any orders made from these countries will be refunded.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package or pay customs, the package will be returned to us, the sender (BYENCEE ), at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded alongside the restock fee per item (£5). Reshipment may be available at the expense of the customer. Please contact us as soon as possible if the address is entered incorrectly and we may be able to update this for you 💛.
