URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT 20.01.2023:
It is with our sincerest apologies that we inform you that we cannot ship internationally at this moment in time due to our delivery partner suspending International shipping. A recent cyber attack has meant already shipped international parcels are facing logistical delays and so no further parcels can be shipped.

What this means for you?
BYENCEE will be placing all current international orders on hold and communicating with the courier to find out what we can about when this issue will be fixed. We will keep you guys updated with any new information.
For people wanting to purchase, we are currently not allowing any further international orders as we will have a backlog to fulfill once international shipping resumes.

It can take us 2-12 working days to process and create your order. The items are then dispatched Royal Mail First Class (delivery aim is 1 working day)
For UK Next Day Delivery:
Our working days do not include Bank Holidays/ Weekends/ Eid Days/ Staff Holidays.
For International Tracked Delivery:
It can take us 2-10 days to process and create your order. The items are then dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked service.
International Delays Related to COVID-19:
Royal Mail and Parcelforce services to Europe have been reopened and are now fully operational (delays are still expected)
Many countries have implemented special measure to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19. There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations.
Haiti, Nicaragua, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Turkmenistan, Ukraine - Crimea & Sevastopol Regions, Venezuela.
Any orders made from these countries will be refunded.

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package or pay customs, the package will be returned to us, the sender (BYENCEE ), at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded alongside the restock fee per item (£5).
