Shipping policy

It can take us 2-12 working days to process and create your order due to the custom nature of our products. The items are then dispatched Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery aim is within 48 hours)

Certain items are excluded from this timeframe and require additional time for creation (+30 working days). The estimated production timeframe for these items is provided in their individual product descriptions. These products include:

• Script Name Necklace

• Arabic Name Necklace 

• Infinity Name Necklace

• Italic Name Necklace

• Dainty Name Necklace

For picture orders, please allow an additional 7 working days on top of our usual timeframe, as each piece is carefully hand-drawn to ensure the highest quality.

For PRE-ORDER items: Standard shipping times will apply after the product’s restock date. Restock dates are provided in the product description at the time of purchase, and pre-order items are clearly labeled with a ‘Pre-order’ status.
